- This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to install Government-furnished Sprung Instant Structures at Schofield Barracks (2 each), Wheeler Army Airfield (2 each), and Fort Shafter (1 each) on Oahu, Hawaii. Perform work per Sprung Instant Structures instructions, commercial standards, and the building code of the State of Hawaii. Interested offerors will be notified via email when the solicitation is available and are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. Recommended minimum IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloa ds and 2 mb email capacity.
