- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Bioveris Corporation, 16020 Industrial Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. The contractor shall pr ovide Anthrax test kits and reagents. Bioveris Corporation develops and markets biological detection systems based on its proprietary electrochemiluminescent technology. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 33 4511 and the size standard is 750. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, January 22nd, 2007.
