Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for a Job Order Contract for the 99th RRSC, Zone Number Two, which includes the states of Virginia (counties of Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun); West Virginia ( counties of Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan); Maryland (counties of Allegany, Anne Rundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Queen Annes, St. Marys, Somerset, Tal bot, Washington, Wicomico and Worchester); and Delaware (counties of Kent, New Castle and Sussex). Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration and construction and may include all construction disciplines. The period of performance is tw elve months from date of award with four one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Only one award shall be made. The Government guarantees a minimum of $100,000.00 for the base year and $50,000 for each of the four option years. The maximum ceiling is $5,000,000.00 for each contract year. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $31,000,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. Pursuan t to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement to 8(a) contractors serviced by the SBA Region Three Office. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Eligible 8(a) firms shall request a solicitation packag e in writing.
