- On behalf of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, J-3 and in accordance with FAR 6.3 the Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) proposes to procure Higher Headquarters (HHD) Assessment Tool Software Support for the period of 15 February 2007 through 30 June 20 07 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is the Government's intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with AT&T Government Solutions, Inc, 1900 Gallows Road, STE 105, Vienna , VA 22182-3865 to obtain updates to the HHQ Assessment Tool in support of the J-3 DDAT/HD, AT/FP Division. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals no later than 5 days from the date of this announcement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The point of contact for this action is Peggy Y.
