- FOREIGN AND NON-STANDARD MUNITIONS AND WEAPONS PROCUREMENT AND DEVELOPMENT The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny, JM&L LCMC Acquisition in support of the U.S. Army Research Development Engineering Command ??? Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (RDECOM-ARDEC) is conducting a Market Survey to identify potential sources and vendors capable of providing multiple variants of foreign weapons. These foreign weapons must be in their original military design for use in testing and training. Vendors must have the capability to ship the weapons, once procured, to multiple locations around the United States and possibly to limited OCONUS locations to support the U.S. Government???s mission. The overarching intent of this program and procurement action is to find and use a source or vendor that can reach around the world at any given moment, and gather and provide multiple types of foreign weapons for training purposes. The list below represents the required weapons capability that is of interest to the US Government. This does not conclude the list, as new weapons may be required in the future, but it is by no means an all encompassing list and it should be noted that as new weapons enter the global scene, it could be required to procure them. Weapons: AK-47 and AKM Variants (Avtomat Kalashnikova 1947); AK-74 Variants (Avtomat Kalashnikova 1974); Makarov PM (Type 59 and other versions); Browning High Power Pistol; PK Machine Gun Variants (PK/PKS/ PKM/PKMS); Uzi-Submachine Gun 9mm; Heckler and Koch G-3 (Gewehr 3 ??? Rifle); FN FAL (Fabrique Nationale Fusil Automatique Leger); MGL (Multiple Grenade Launcher); Heckler and Koch MP-5 (Maschinenpistole 5); MG3 (Maschinengewehr 3); RPK (Ruchnoi Pulemet kalashnikova); DShK (Degtyarev-Shpagin, large caliber); Dragunov SVD (Snaiperskaya intovka Dragunova, or Dragunov Sniper Rifle); 82mm Mortar; M60; Glock 19; Walther PP/PPK (Polizei Pistole and Polizei Pistole Kurz); CZ-52 Tokarev Pistol; RPG (Ruchnoy Protivotankoviy Granatomet, Commonly Referred to as Rocket Propelled Grenade) Launchers: RPG-7; RPG-18 w/ HEAT (High Explosive Anti-Tank) Warhead; RPG-22 w/ HEAT (High Explosive Anti-Tank) Warhead; RPG-26 w/ HEAT (High Explosive Anti-Tank) Warhead.
