- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit a follow-on contract to W912ER-05-C-0016, with Parsons Global Services, Inc., for professional services support to the Regime Crimes Liaison Office, Baghdad, Iraq. This solicitation is pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 230 4 (c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, 'Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements'. The period of performance of the follow-on contract is 1 Feb 07 through 31 Jan 08, with one six-month option for extension to 31 July 08. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is $6.5million for the base twelve-month period and $3.5million for the six-month option period. This is not a request for proposals . POC: Jo-Ann G.
