- The Bureau of Land Management, Glennallen Field Office, Alaska requires janitorial cleaning services at its field office. The Solicitation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about Jan. 22, 2007. The solicitation will contain a base period plus two options periods. Services are to include 7 buildings totaling 11,345 sq. ft. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, supervision, labor and transportation necessary to complete the task. The Glennallen Field Office will provide electricity, water, storage and other related items. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. This Solicitation - Commercial Item is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 13. The NAICS code for the requirement is 561720. It is recommended for interested vendors to register at www.ccr.gov (Central Contractor's Registry) and at www.bpn.gov (Electronic Representations and Certifications). All offerors must respond to all of the evaluation criteria in the solicitation. Offers who fail to respond to the criteria my not be considered in the evaluation of offers. Hardcopy responses will also be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation.
