Isle Royale National Park requires janitorial cleaning services at its park headquarters. The Solicitation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about Jan. 22, 2007. Services are to include approximately 32 offices, 1 visitor center, 6 restrooms totalling 7500 sq. ft. located in 6 buildings. Janitorial services are also required for the NPS vessel RANGER III that is used for visitor transportation and office space. Approximately 3,120 sq. ft. of passenger space, including 4 restrooms shall be cleaned on the boat. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supervision, labor and transportation necessary to complete the task. The National Park Service will provide all cleaning supplies, electricity, water, storage and other related items. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. This Solicitation - Commercial Item is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. The NAICS code for the requirement is 561720. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice only. In order to download a copy of this package, vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website listed above.
