- NAVFAC SOUTHEAST anticipates awarding multiple contracts during the next 6 months at military installations at NAS New Orleans, LA, Keesler Air Force Base and NAS Pensacola, FL. Each contract will be packaged with multiple facilities ranging $30 million to $60 million. The types of facilities include but not limited to are Dormitories, Training Facilities, Recreation Centers, BEQ?s, Administrative Support Buildings, Fitness Facility additions, Hangar Renovations, Utilities, Medical/Dental Clinics, Central Energy Plant and Rescue Stations, etc. The Solicitations will be advertised full and open, 2-Phase Design Build contracts with an anticipated RFP release date beginning 1 February 2007.
