- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N00167-07-Q-5023 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% set-aside for small business.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 as well as DCN 20050606. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 ? 1 LOT - PROVIDE MODEL OF USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH (CVN-77) IN 1:25 SCALE AND MODEL OF USNS BRIDGE (T-AOE-10) IN 1:250 SCALE (SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND PHOTOS) CLIN 0002 ? 1 EACH ? PROVIDE MODEL OF USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH (CVN-77) IN 1:25 SCALE (SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND PHOTOS) CLIN 0003 ? 1 EACH - PROVIDE MODEL OF USNS BRIDGE (T-AOE-10) IN 1:250 SCALE (SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND PHOTOS) F.O.B. Destination. Final inspection will be at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division; 9500 MacArthur Blvd; West Bethesda, MD 20817. Award will be made to the contractor providing the Best Value to the Government considering price and days required for delivery. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.213-4 {incorporating 52.222-19; 52.222-20; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.222-37; 252.225-7001; 252.225-7013; 52.232-33; 252.204-7004; 52.209-6; 52.211-5; 52.211-14(DO); 52.211-15; 52.211-17; 52.214-35; 252.225-7002; 52.243-1; 52.247-34}; 52.219-6. The following provisions with a "FILL-IN" MUST be filled out completely and submitted with the offer: 52.219-1 [F ILL-IN]; 52.222-22 [FILL-IN]; 52.222-25 [FILL-IN]; The offer must include a valid Commercial and Government Entity number (CAGE) and Data Universal Numbering System number (DUNS). All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, prior to award of a contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchase agreement.
