- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with Delft Hydraulics for the purchase of further developing and transitioning of the Beach Wizard module system upgrade. The software package Delft 3-D is owned by Delft Hydraulics and is available only through license agreement with this vendor. The upgrade must be delivered by 2 February 2007. Responses to this notice of intent to negotiate with Delft Hydraulics shall be submitted in accordance with Note 22 to Contracting Officer, Naval Research Laboratory, Code 3230.TA, 4555 Overlook Ave., SW, Washington, DC 20375-5326, Synopsis TA01.
