- NAICS Code: 72111 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is soliciting quotations for hotel rooms, conference rooms, audio/visual equipment, and food and light refreshments in support of the Assessment and Watershed Protection Division's training workshop to be held March 14 - 16, 2007 in Washington, DC. Quotations must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer at schermerhorn.eric@epa.gov The quotations must be firm fixed price, for each line item. The deadline for the submission of quotations is 4:00pm ET Friday, January 26, 2007. Any questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer. The Federal Government is exempt from paying sales tax. Its Tax Exempt number is 52-085-2695. Quotations shall not include any taxes the Government is exempt from paying.
