Interested parties should include their company name, point of contact, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address and reference the solicitation number GS-10P-07-LSD-0017, Baker City, OR in the Subject line of the email. ***** General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to establish an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Type contract for Janitorial and Grounds Maintenance services at the Federal Building/US Post Office, Baker City, Oregon. The solicitation number will be GS-10P-07-LSD-0017. The period of performance is for a base of twelve (12) months with four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition will be issued In Accordance With (IAW) Commercial Item Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as set forth under Federal Acquisition Part(s) 12 and 13. In conformance with FAR 19.13, this acquisition is being considered for a HUBZone set-aside. If your firm is HUBZone certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information to the Contracting Officer no later than Friday, January 25, 2007: 1) SBA certification of HUBZone eligibility 2) Capability statement for firm Based on the responses, the contracting officer will make a determination whether or not to make this a HUBZone set-aside. If there is not a reasonable expectation of adequate competition as a HUBZone set-aside, the acquisition will be conducted as a 100% small business set aside. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures with the evaluation factors set forth in the solicitation. Anticipated start date of contract is July 1, 2007. Solicitation will be available on or about February 14, 2007. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is planned for Monday, February 28, 2007 at 1:30 PM. Offers will be due on or about March 14, 2007. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 561720 with the small business size of $14M. Current Contractor: CMC Maintenance Inc., Bangor, Maine. Current contract price: $5,900.69 per month.
