- Description
- The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 18,160 rentable square feet of office space in Sacramento, CA within the following delineated areas: North: Sheldon Road running from Bruceville Road on the west to Highway 99 on the east. East: Highway 99, south to Elk Grove Blvd, and including East Stockton Blvd between Bond Road and Banff Vista Drive. South: Elk Grove Blvd from Highway 99 on the east to Bruceville Road on the west. West: Bruceville Road from Elk Grove Blvd on the south to Sheldon Road on the north. The space should yield between 15,791 to 16,580 BOMA usable sq. ft. The Government requires a minimum of 8 reserved parking spaces for Government vehicles, plus sufficient parking for visitors. The Government has a preference for first-floor / ground level space. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, (10) ten years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 10, 2008. The building must be located in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation in current use. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility and Seismic Safety. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum: Building name/address Location of space in the building and date it will be available Drawing of space offered Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact AUTHORIZED CONTACT: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
