- The contractor shall provide Cafeteria Operations at the General Services Administraton, National Capital Region Building, located at 301 7th Street, SW, Washinton, DC for an initial period of 5 years, beginning April 30, 2007, with two unilateral options, that may be exercised at the Government's discretion. The total contract period will not exceed fifteen(15)years. The Government intends to procure this service through competitive negotiations using the Source Selection Procedures. This procurement will be open to both large and small business concerns. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be coming soon and will be made available through www.fedbizopps.gov.
