- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Melbourne, FL REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space yielding a minimum of 300 usable square feet in the Central Business District of Melbourne, Florida, available for use by the Department of Labor (DOL). LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Creel Street South: Eau Gallie Boulevard. W East: Pineapple Avenue. West: Maple Avenue. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 31, 2007. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
