- SOLICITATION NO. HHM402-07-R-0027 AND ALL AMENDMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO CONTRACTORS. 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS Codes: 541330, 334220 423410, 81121 and all those that apply to this requirement). The solicitation and all amendments will be posted via the FedBizzOpps.gov website at: http://www.fedbizzopps.gov The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a Requirements type contract in which firm fixed price and time and materials delivery orders will be issued for timely, superior audio-visual engineering services, technical support, material and equipment in support of the Special Services Division?s mission support requirements. Which requires providing 24/7 support and frequently requires contractor staff to respond to multiple locations simultaneously in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. A top secret facility clearance is required, as well as qualified personnel that posses Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances to access these multiple locations and worksites. This requirement involves two specific but separate aspects. The first is audio-visual presentations, including video conferencing, briefing, training, collaborative work environments, etc.). The second involves video productions engineering, design, installation, maintenance, operations augmentation, etc. The associated tasks in paragraph 3 are primarily focused on video related systems such as designing, installing, maintaining and often supplying parts and supplies for system. The requirement will be for one base year and four (4) one year options. All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted at the pre-proposal conference scheduled for January 31, 2007 at 10:00 am -3:00 p.m. est at the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center (DIAC), Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C. 20340. The conference will be held in the DIAC Tighe Auditorium. All questions should be submitted either typed or hand written legibly at the conference.
