- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Acquisition Contracts Office plans to contract by other than full and open competition for the purchase of commercial Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) and downlink services from MDA Geospatial Services Inc. This is a continuation of an existing services contract. The contract period of performance is 15 February 2007 through 14 February 2008. NGA requires SAR imagery for mapping and analysis of the earth?s surface regardless of weather and lighting conditions. In addition, the contractor shall provide derived products, raw data, and downlink services in support of NGA?s mission and that of its internal and external customers.
