- A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Thursday, October 12, 2006, via a live videoconference webcast beginning at 1:00 PM EST until 3:00 PM EST. A hyperlink to the webcast will be posted immediately preceding the conference at the following URL: www.gsa.gov/alliantpreproposalconference. The phone number for questions or comments at the time of the webcast will be 1-888-924-3246. Offerors may submit questions before or during the live webcast. Questions may be submitted by e-mail directly to Alliant@gsa.gov for the Alliant Full and Open solicitation and sbgwac@gsa.gov for the Alliant Small Business solicitation or by calling-in during the live webcast. Questions with the Government responses will be posted on the FedBizOpps website. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of common interest to all prospective Offerors.
