- Description: See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 2540-01-152-7813, Chain, Tire, Emergency, being bought in accordance with NACM 81396, Code No. 2624. Total quantity required is 800 PR to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, FOB destination with an option for up to 800 PR additional units, which may or may not be used. Solicitation also requests pricing for increments up to 2400 PR. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 2/2/07. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The NACM may be obtained from NACM, PO BOX 22681, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002-2681. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is for 800 PR each to be delivered in 100 days and up to 400 each every 30 days thereafter until complete. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
