Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those designated as Government-furnished, and incidentals to perform all work specified herein for loading, transporting, planting, and unloading Government-furnished seedlings. Seedlings will be available at the Lakeview Ranger Station tree cooler building. A Quality Control Plan is required with proposals. The submitted Quality Control Plan will become part of the awarded contract and the contractor shall provide Quality Control Inspections in full accordance with the plan. The resultant contract will be a three year IDIQ with a minimum guarantee of $30,000 and a maximum contract total amount of $1,000,000.
