Description

BPA for minor Electrical Work The Office of Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, 810 Vermont Avenue NW, Washington, D.C 20420, intends to negotiate a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Blake Real Estate, Inc., 1150 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 801, Washington, D.C 20036. The proposed agreement is for the management for performance of small alteration and electrical projects at 1800 G Street, NW, D.C.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). All FAR provisions and clauses may be reviewed and/or obtained from the General Service Internet address:     http//www.arnet.gov/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses received, will be made entirely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please submit information to Maina Gakure, Contracting Officer, Department of Veteran Affairs (033C1), 810 Vermont Avenue NW, Washington, D.C 20420. Offeror must complete and return all information designated in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers - Commercial Items.  All responses must be received no later than Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 12:00pm EST. Telephone and internet responses will not be accepted.  The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 531312 (Nonresidential Property Managers); and the estimated cost of this BPA is $ 60,000.
