Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Information Technology Laboratory proposes to issue a sole source purchase order open market to FedTek, Professional Bldg., 1270 0 Black Forest Lane, Ste 202, Woodbridge, VA under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) for a service contract for NetIQ Training. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of in tent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within five (5) days after date of publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this noti ce is solely within the discretion to the Government. Synopsis published for information purposes only.
