Information received revealed that the information about the U.S. Government Printing Office being the point where prospective vendors can obtain the FP-03 manual is no longer valid. 2. The manual can be downloaded at the internet site: www.dot.gov. After entering the site, in the upper right hand corner at the block titled "Quick Search", type "FP-03". Your next screen with be the Western Federal Lands Highway Division internet site. In the middle of the page, choose "FP-03 U.S. Customary Units". Double click either MS Word or Acrobat.
