Description

Furnish all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment and tools required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform Janitorial Services for the Bureau of Land Management, South Dakota Field Office, located at 310 Roundup Street, Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Janitorial services are to be performed so that the building is clean for use at the beginning of each work day, Monday through Friday, except for Government holidays. Services shall be performed after 4:30 PM and before 7:00 AM daily. Outside and window cleaning requirements may be performed at any time during the day. A tentative Site Tour has been scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2007 at 9:00 AM at the South Dakota Field Office, 310 Roundup Street, Belle Fourche, South Dakota. All quoters are strongly encouraged to attend this site tour. This contract is a Base Year plus Four (4) Option Year contract. The contract will start 4/1/2007. The NAISC code is 561720. Small business size standard is $15. million (See Note 1). Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA prior to award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Vendors are also required to complete their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at "http://orca.bpn.gov". Failure to register at these websites will make a quoter ineligible for award. The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about February 2, 2007. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at the website on "http://ideasec.nbc.gov". Closing date of the solicitation will be on or about March 2, 2007. This is set aside for Small Business Concerns.
