Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate on a sole source procurement with Pritchett Controls, under the authority of FAR subsection 13.106-1(b). This procurement is for 1) remote access to the system NW8000 GCM global controller to the Nagara Web-based system, including set up , new web accessible graphics, mounting new controller potential for integration, preparation of engineering drawings (0ne year warranty). 2) Programming additional analog output for chiller setpoint, 3) installing conduit and wire as necessary for new chiller setpoint, 4)Dell precisiion 390 desktop computer system (508 compliant), 5) an invensys universal network controller. The NAICS code is 335999 The Government is unaware of any other source than can provide the service/equipment required. Award to any othe source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. NIST intends to issue a Firm-Fixed price purchase order to Pritchett Controls for this procurement unless other sources are identified before response date to this posting. There will be no written solicitation available.
