Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) repair contract to refurbish and upgrade the governments existing 23 Signal Scanners from model number TD-1104/GSC, NSN 5985-00-256-6317, part number SM-D-571938 to model number TD-1104A/GSC, NSN 5985-01-444-5370, part number A3194584, in accordance with CE-LCMC Performance Specification A3194584. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Res ponsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements -- Only the performance specifications cited above are available. The government does not possess the technical data, drawings, or specifications completely defining the fo rm, fit and function of the items being repaired. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the government. The solicitation, W15P7T-07-R-K203, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 2 February 2007.
