Description

The principle components of the work include the following: 1) Furnish and install concrete parking slabs and associated features; 2) Furnish and install gravel parking areas and associated features; 3) Level and compact an earth tent pad; and 4) Furnish and install concrete sidewalks. The work must be completed within 120 days from Receipt of Notice To Proceed. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or around February 7, 2007, and quotes are tentatively due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings MT 59101 on or before Close of Business (COB) February 28, 2007. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each set. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238990. The Small Business Size Standard is $13 million. This specifications and drawings will be not posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart BlackEagle. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Note: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration.
