Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for equipment rental with operator covering three primary equipment rentals needs which include (1) Wetland restorations, repair of wetland restorations, and maintenance of water control structures; (2) Tree removal and general earth moving, and (3) Building site demolition and site reclamation. The area to be covered is the eastern geographic area of the Fergus Falls Wetland Management District, to include the counties of East Otter Tail (28 townships), Douglas, and Wadena. Multiple IDIQ contract awards are anticipated from this announcement. The proposed contract(s) is for a base period of performance plus four additional option years. This solicitation is 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a corresponding small business size standard of $13.0 million. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available approximately February 7, 2007, with proposals due on or about March 9, 2007. Hard copy solicitations will not be mailed unless specifically requested. The RFP will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
