- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-07-R-5364 on a sole source basis to Raytheon Systems Company, located at 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA for Level of Effort Design Agent Engineering Services for Korean OT-134 Continuous Wave Illuminator. Raytheon is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise and manufacturing capability that can perform the required production effort and FES support in a cost-effective manner while negating any impact to the Korean Navy's shipbuilding program. This additional work will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is published for informational purposes only.
