- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to Mykotronx /Safenet for 16 ea KIV 7HSB Data Encryption Device part number 4090500-0501; 16 ea Crypto Ignition Key(CIK) part number 4065536-0701 Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government.
