- DESCRIPTION U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 5,461 RSF (YIELDING BETWEEN 4,633 TO 4,865 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF CONTIGUOUS OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. If space is not available on the first floor then space shall be served by a minimum of two elevator cabs. Space shall be ready for occupancy no later than January 1st, 2008. The proposed site must also be able to offer one parking space on-site. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years with cancellation rights after seven (7) years. DELINEATED AREA: Beginning at the intersection of Westport Avenue and George Avenue (POB): ? South along George Avenue to I-95 ? West along I-95 to the Norwalk River ? South along the mid-point of the Norwalk River to Raymond Street ? West along Raymond and Henry Streets to Connecticut Commuter Rail tracks ? North along the tracks to Dr. Martin Luther King Drive ? Continue North along Dr. Martin Luther King Drive to West Avenue ? North along West Avenue to Route 1/Van Buren Avenue ? North along Route 1/Van Buren Avenue to Spring Hill Avenue ? East along Springhill Avenue to Cross Street ?
