- This is an extension for combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W911RZ-07-T-0010. This extension to the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) due to clarification required and e-mail address changed since first posted. The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-14, and DFARS Change Notice 20061219. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 423820.
