- PRE-SOLICIATION SYNOPSIS for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside for Automation Support and Administrative Support for the U.S. Army Quartermaster Center and School (QMC&S) at Fort Lee, VA. The QMC&S is responsible for the Advanced Individual Training, (AIT); Officers Basic/Advance course training, (BOLC/OAC); Warrant Officers Basic/Advance course training, (WOBC/WOAC); functional course training, NCOA training and Professional Development (PD) training. The objective of this effort is to provide augmentation to the QMC&S. Due to the lack of personnel, the Contractor shall provide contractor personnel that will augment the USAQMCS Automation Support Office (ASO) and provide information technology customer support ser vices to approximately 2,000 users. Administrative duties in support of the QMC&S shall be provided by contractor support. Job functions/tasks will be accomplished in accordance with governing regulations and Standing Operating Procedures (SOP). Workl oad requirements are subject to increase based on mission requirements. Should this occur, a modification will be issued tasking additional hours at the respective fixed rate. For the purpose of small businesses, the North American Industry Classificatio n System (NAICS) code is 519190, Other Information Services, with a size standard of $6.5M and the Federal Supply Cllassification Code (FSC) is R421, Technical Assistance. The acquisition will be for a base and four (4) options. The scope of the work is be tween $1M and $5M. The solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ) number W911S0-07-T-0001, will be released on or about 21 February 2007 with an anticipated award date on or about 30 May 2007. Source Selection Evaluation Criteria are Price and Price Reasonabl eness, Past Performance, Qualifications of Personnel, and Meeting the Requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All evaluation factors are approximately equal in importance. All qualified, responsibled sources may submit a quotation which sha ll be considered by Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC).
