- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure component parts of a quick coupler attachment system for a Case 621B 3-Link Z-Bar Loader for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic on a planned sole-source basis with ASC (American Coupler Systems) Industries, Inc. located at 2151 Mogadore Road, Kent, Ohio 44240 or an ASC Industries authorized distributor. This requirement will be procured using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The North American Industry Classification System code is 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing). Specific line items are as follows: Pro Series 2000 Coupler, Part Number PS2000, 1 each; Grapple Loader Rake, Part Number ACSGLR, 1 each; Multi-Purpose 2 Cubic Yard Bucket, Part Number ASBMPB, 1 each; Cutting Edge for 2 Cubic Yard Bucket, Part Number BOE2YD, 1 each; Bolt-On Teeth for 2 Cubic Yard Bucket, Part Number BOT2YD, 1 each; Trash Grapple Bucket for Loader, Part Number ACSTGB, 1 each; Cutting Edge for Grapple Bucket, Part Number BOETGB, 1 each; and Metal Grating for Trash Grapple Bucket, Part Number MGTTGB, 1 each. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http: www.fedbizopps.gov as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
