Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Network Contracting Office Birmingham, Alabama will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) 247-0476-06 to procure the lease of a Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) for usage at the VA Medical Center Atlanta and Tuscaloosa. The requirements for the PACS will be forthcoming and included in the solicitation once issued. Solicitation will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about November 22, 2006 with a closing date of 30 days from the solicitation issuance date. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423450. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available, and no telephone requests for paper copies of the solicitation will be accepted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-NOV-2006).
