- Description
- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center has a requirement for lodging and meeting space in Louisville, KY. The facility should be near the KY Convention Center. This is a commercial service purchase. The requirement consists of 90 singles with check-in on 4/2/07 and departure on 4/5/06; 30 singles with check-in on 4/2/07 and departure on 4/7/07. A meeting package consisting of a meeting room to seat 120 (classroom style) with pens, paper, podium, large screen, flip chart, power cord, color LCD projector S-VGA, all cabling and extension cords, AV cart, wireless (Lavaliere) microphone, overhead projector, 4 Ch. Mono mixer/sound system, and VHS player for the period 4/3/07 thru 4/6/07; Meeting room to seat 30 (classroom style) with pens, paper, large screen, flipchart, power cord, color LCD projector S-VGA, all cabling and extension cords, AV cart and VHS player for the period 4/5/07 thru 4/6/07 (1/2 day for 4/6/07); four (4) breakout rooms with flipchart and markers for the period 4/3/07 thru 4/4/07; mid-Morning break refreshments; and, mid-morning refresh of beverages; afternoon break refreshments. The NAICS is 721110. The size standard for small business is $6.5M. This solicitation is NOT set-aside for small business. It is issued under full and open competition.
