Hoagland Blvd. Kissimmee, FL 34741 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATIONNOTIFICATION; THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING CONDUCTED UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. PROPOSALS ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 30 JAN 07 @ 2:00 P.M. EST. All qualified sources interested in this requirement should submit proposals to the above point of contact. Provide on-site scheduled preventative maintenance, on-site unscheduled repairs, parts exchange program and telephone support for one Schlumberger S790 Automatic Test Station. The performance period is for one year after date of award plus one option year. 1. All Sclumberger equipment shall be serviced in accordance with established OEM procedures. 2. Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, consumable parts, materials and software to perform preventative maintenance services to the Sclumberger unit ensuring full capability of performing all operational tasks as originally designed. 3. The Contractor shall provide two preventive maintenance visits annually. Only Sclumberger approved parts, components, or assemblies shall be used in the service and/or repair of the Sclumberger S790 unit. Only factory authorized trained and qualified service engineers and/or technicians shall perform service and/or repair on the Sclumberger S790 unit. 4. The service representative shall perform all OEM mandated preventative maintenance services to ensure proper operational readiness condition for the Sclumberger unit. 5. After servicing of a Sclumberger S790 Automatic Test Station, the contractors service representative shall conduct a performance test to demonstrate the performance capability. This test must be observed and accepted by the Government representative in Bldg 640, Robins AFB GA. 6. All work (scheduled and unscheduled) shall be performed during normal business hours, 0730-1630, Monday-Friday, excluding Government holidays. 7. SCLUMBERGER S790 UNIT SERIAL NUMBER ? 7902157 located in Bldg 640, Robins AFB, GA PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: One (1) Basic Year, with one (1) Option Years.
