- South Dakota Air National Guard Contracting Office, 1201 West Algonquin ST, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264 will issue a solicitation, request for proposals, to identify the best value solution for the audio-visual presentation system in our Base Auditori um. This 1,895 square foot, 160 seat auditorium is part of a facility being constructed which is scheduled for completion in April 2007 on the South Dakota Air National Guard Base. The auditorium will support multiple uses for an 1100 member Base Populat ion. It will be the primary and largest space available on the installation for a wide range of informal and formal presentations, briefings and meetings. The successful proposal should provide for the design, necessary equipment, installation, training and technical support of a fully integrated audio-visual and lighting system capable of high quality presentations while remaining easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain and allowing for future upgrades or expansion. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Bu siness. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423620 and the small business size standard is not to exceed 500 employees. The entire solicitation will be made available on the National Guard website at http://www.nationalguardco ntracting.org/ebs/advertisedsolicitations.asp on or about January 30th, 2007. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review that site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
