Description

Forging, Tow Eye, Finish Machined per Dwg. 11581705, Rev. A for 155MM/M776. Material: Alloy Steel UNS G-43400 per AMS 6484; Quantity - 172 each; First Article Required. Approximate dimensions:17.5L X 3W. This solicitation will be issued electronic ally, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry which will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: Any amendments will also be issued electronically. Because of this the Govern ment is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments. Failure to obtain any amendme nts and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet . Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare an offer are instructed to request same by submission of an e-mail to: schumacher@wva.army.mil along with DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Any request should contain the followin g information: CAGE Code, Company Name, Point of Contact, Street Address, City, State, ZIp Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided after release of the solicitation. NUMBERED NOTES #1 and 8 APPLY.
