Description

Forging, Tow Bracket, Finish Machined per Dwg. 11581713, Rev. A for 155MM/M776. Material: Steel Plate SAE 4130 (UNS G-41300 per SAE AMS 6350; Quantity - 187 each; First Article Required. Approximate dimensions: 26.40L X 6W, 3 thickness. This solicita tion will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry which will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: Any amendments will also be issued electronically. Because of this the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments. Failu re to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be pr ovided via the Internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare an offer are instructed to request same by submission of an e-mail to: schumacher@wva.army.mil along with DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Any request should contain the following information: CAGE Code, Company Name, Point of Contact, Street Address, City, State, ZIp Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided after release of the solicitation. NUMBERED NOTES #1 and 8 APPLY.
