CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Real Estate (9PFL) San Francisco Service Center, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor East, San Francisco, CA 94102-340034 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 4,154 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,612 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable)together with six (6) parking spaces for the Government?s exclusive use. TENANT: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located near Eureka, CA within the delineated area bounded on the North by Hwy 299; on the East by Forest Route 1; on the South by Hwy 36; and on the West by the pacific Ocean. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: The space must be on the second floor or above, in an office building and section of the city that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well-maintained, and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government's specifications, as well as current seismic and handicapped accessibility standards. The location must not be near a school, child care center, any potential environmental threat, or in a flood plain.
