- The purpose of this amendment is to amend the anticipated award date which shall be 1 Feb 2007 and to incorporate a description of items. Description: 1 each KT06-005-150 Chin Scoop Fixture with a stand. 1 each KT06-005-150 Chin Scoop Fixture without a stand. This is a combined sole source synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items), DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation (June 2005). IAW clause 52.212-2 the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to Performance specifications, and Past Performance. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-15, Effective 28 Sept 2006. NAICS Code 488190.
