Description
SOW FOR TARGETS DRAFT V1 The successful offer shall provide all labor and materials to design, build, and deliver the target sets described below to Belle Fourche Electronic Scoring Site, Located at HCR Box 69, Belle Fourche, SD, 57717. The physical location is approximately 23 miles NW of Belle Fourche, SD on Hwy 212. The delivery schedule may be sequential or batch with all products delivered and accepted by 30 Sept. 07. Description: Three SA-6 Gainful (9M9/9M336 Kub) Triple Transporter-Erector-Launchers, built to the physical dimensions (height, width, length) as described in Jane?s on-line at http://www8.janes.com/ Units shall be mounted on ?wheels below flatbed trailers? and be built of radar reflective materials. Units shall be painted in a camouflaged pattern or Desert Tan with the missiles painted white or tan. The units shall be built to structurally withstand 40 knot sustained wind and shall support a snow load of up to 18? Vehicle tracks, hubs, and railing may be simulated. Minor assembly to accommodate transportation on public highways may be acceptable. Units shall be built to include a future capability to add an electrically heated area where the engine compartment would be located. The units shall be built so as the missiles may be placed in the erected or stowed positions. Two SS-1, SCUD B, (MAZ 543 P) 8 wheeled vehicles with one SCUD B missile each, build to the physical dimensions (height, width, length) as described in Jane?s on-line at http://www8.janes.com/ Units shall be built on ?wheels below flatbed trailers? (may be in two connectable parts due to length) and build of radar reflective materials. Unit transporters shall be painted in a camouflaged design with the missile painted olive drab. Units shall be built to structurally withstand up to 40 knot sustained wind and up to an 18? snow load. Vehicle tires, wheels, and railings may be simulated. Minor assembly to accommodate transportation may be acceptable. Units shall be built to allow for future capability to electrically heat the area where the engine compartment would be located. The missiles on each unit shall be in the stowed/transport position.
