SOL N/A (SYNOPSIS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY) SOLICITATION DOCUMENT NOT AVAILABLE). The Goverment intends to award IAW FAR 13.106-1(b), a purchase order, on a sole source basis to Crowley Micrographics, Inc. to provide one M565 Mekel Microfiche Turnkey Scanning System Upgrade to a M665 at the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), Fort Belvoir, VA. The equipment is to be delivered within 60 days after receipt of order. This is a noncompetitive contract action to acquire equipment upgrade. Quantity and Description: M565 Mekel Microfiche Upgrade, Shipping to and from California, Shipping Charge Credit, Discount. SPECIFICATIONS: Resolution: 100 - 500 DPI - True optical DPI. Speed: Single Output - 300 images per minute at 200 DPI. Dual Output: 600 images per minute at 200 DPI. Film Types: Accepts ANSI, M-types and open spools in Silver, Diazo and Vesicular format. Film Control: Electronically controlled film format selection for precise positioning of CCD camera and lenses and high speed rewind. Frame Detection: Single, double or triple level blip code detection as well as leading and trail edge detection. Power Specs: 50Hz or 60Hz 100v - 240v, 500w, single phase switch for domestic or international use. Agency Approvals: FCC, UL and CE Certification.
