Quantity being procured is 229 EA being shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 02/19/07. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: internet at the above web cite or facsimile at (614) 692-2998: telephone at (614) 692-2344; e-mail at drawings@dscc.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD, PO BOX 2990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 210 days with First Article Test, if First Article Test is Waived delivery will then be reduced to 90 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA.
