Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award on a sole source basis with CSM Group, 2120 Range Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765-2125. CSM Group will provide the following: Advertise CBP's national recruitment effort in two basketball events, NCAA March Madness 2007 and 2007 NBA All-Star Games. The ad will be one full-page four color in the Men's and Women's NCAA Final Four and the NBA All Star Game program guides. The guides will be used as a one time event on February 16-18, 2007, March 15-18, 2007, and March 22-25, 2007. This advertising effort will not require ad development.
