- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia has a requirement for an independent review of the revolving fund concept and its effect on federal law enforcement training. Work includes, but is not limited to interviewing key personnel at the FLETC Glynco, GA facility, gathering data or other information needed to perform the review; submission of preliminary report on findings of the analysis; and submission of final report. Minimum experience of ten years is required in the following areas: business operations, Federal government operations and revolving fund operations.
