Description

PROJECT NUMBER HTUV042002 Addition to Communications Facility, Building 522 work will include building a 1,950 square foot addition to house the relocated mailroom operation and the renovation of the existing mail room space in Building 512. The addition will have masonry block wa lls with split-faced CMU veneer and a pre-cast plank with built-up bitumen roof. The addition will have its own isolated HVAC system and mechanical room. The renovation of the existing mailroom consists of the relocation of the mailboxes to the new mai lroom and tooth in block infill and paint to match existing wall. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Anticipated solicitation date is 12 February 2007. Anticipated award date is 12 March 2007. The applicable NAICS is 236220/$ 31.0M.
