Description

The Minnesota Army National Guard, through the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Minnesota, has a statewide requirement for approximately 111 Digital Multi-Functional (Copier/Printer/Scanner/ Internet/Fax) Devices (MFDs). These MFDs will be acquired through a monthly lease program which shall include machine maintenance and all consumable supplies except paper and staples. The estimated solicitation issue date is o/a 9 February 2007. The estimated proposal due date is o/a 23 February 2007 . A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated with a Base Year and Three Option Years. The North American Industrial Classification System code for this acquisition is 532420 and the size standard is $23.0 mil. This requirement is being reserved with pre ference for Small Business Set-Aside under a new and innovative concept. This concept is referred to as the Cascading Set-Aside for Small Business Awards. Large business concerns are put on notice of the preference for award to small business concerns. If two or more offers from qualified small business concerns are received, this solicitation shall be converted to a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, as defined by FAR Clause 52.219-6. In such event, FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set -Aside shall be considered incorporated into the solicitation by reference. The solicitation package will be issued via the web site only. All amendments, if issued, will also be posted on the web.
